Embodying Voice

The course Embodying voice was part of the rotational workshop we had in our first trimester at the Royal College of Art. The task was to create an animation to a short piece of sound we could choose from the British Sound Library, I used this opportunity to create something beyond my usual animation style, using 3d programs and a lot of cheerful colours. At first I created a short storyboard including all the poses for the keywords I wanted to embody throughout my short film. Then I jumped straight into Adobe Animate to create my first 2d animation, and I must admit that I am really pleased with the result. Especially the mood is something that works really well for me. I had a lot of fun jumping out of my comfort zone and creating this animation.
